Version 3.9 of GSP Target Tracker includes updates and fixes for improved stability and usability.

Fixes

• Resolved home page display issues when navigating away and then returning (specifically related to the embedded YouTube video).
• Fixed app-to-app linkage from Target Tracker to Product Schedules and Account Planner.
